It’s time to break out your sweaters and your favorite pair of fall shoes. Today, I’m sharing with you my favorite shoes to wear for fall. I love stomping around in my boots this time of year, but I also love my flats, a good pair of nude heels, and my trusty pair of Converse. Here are the shoes I’ll be wearing this fall.
The second I saw these on Forever 21’s website, I knew I had to have them. Like with all things in life, these boots take some time getting used to. In other words, you have to break them in, but trust me, once they’re broken in, you will love them. These are the boots I wore in my “Lace and Faux Leather” outfit post, but I’m sure this won’t be the last time you’ll see me feature them in an outfit post.
I have been a longtime fan of loafers. They’re so easy, effortless, and chic. Some might say that these are “Too masculine for a lady,” and to that I say, “Fuck that, fuck gender norms, and fuck you.” I bought these beauties last season so unfortunately, they are no longer available. However, I managed to find a pair very similar to the ones I have here.
Lace-Up flats are one of my favorite kinds of shoes. They’re simple and yet they can dress up even the most casual outfit. I’m sure you’ve seen me wearing these all over my Instagram. I own them in three different colors, but lately, I’ve been reaching for my olive colored flats.
A few weeks ago, I decided to break out my trusty pair of Converse and I am so happy I did. Every single time I rediscover my love for my Converse, I find myself asking, “Why don’t I wear these more?” They are so comfortable and great for running errands in or if you’re just looking for a comfier alternative to flats or boots. These are definitely a must have for me and as you can tell from the photos, they are very well loved.
As I’ve gotten older, I’ve realized just how important it is to have a good pair of dress shoes in your wardrobe. Whether it’s for a job interview, a special occasion, or for those days when you just feel like wearing something fancy. That’s why I love these pair of nude heels. Because of their “nude” color, I can wear them with anything and everything. I can dress them up or dress them down like I did in my “Neutrals” outfit post.
What shoes are you “stomping” around in this fall? Let me know in the comments below.
