For those of you who are not an avid fan of Parks and Recreation, like I am, then you probably have no idea what Galentine’s Day. February 13th is Galentine’s Day. While it’s not a nationally recognized holiday, it is, as Leslie Knope would say, “Oh, it’s only the best day of the year.” To me Galentine’s Day is a day to celebrate the incredible womyn in my life.
To the incredible womyn in my life:
You inspire me. You make me laugh and you are there for me when I cry. You are intelligent, talented, resilient, beautiful, and are more than capable of anything and everything you set out to do. I am always here for you, like I know you are always there for me. I support you and all of your dreams and I will always be here to cheer you on.
Happy Galentine’s Day.
