I bet you didn’t know that I’m wearing this dress backwards. It’s beautiful when worn “the proper way” but I for one really love the way it looks when worn backwards. It gives the dress more versatility. I can wear it the way it was intended to if I want a deeper neckline or I can turn it around and opt for a higher neckline instead. I have already worn it to Sunday brunch and to work. For work, I kept it simple and paired it with my favorite cardigan and a pair of flats. My favorite way to style this dress is with my current go-to bright red lip, my trusty handbag, and my favorite pair of strappy sandals at the moment. Also, you can now shop my entire look by simply clicking the links above. I am also working on creating a “Shop My Look” category here on my blog that will link you to the outfits I feature here on my blog as well as on my Instagram. Happy shopping!

On Sunday, I spent the day with a few of my favorite people. We started out at Centrale Kitchen & Bar for brunch and bottomless mimosas. I had the Fried Chicken Benedict. It was delicious and a new spin on a breakfast classic. Afterwards, we wondered around the various shops that Miracle Mile has to offer. We stopped by Midtown Creperie & Cafe right before they closed for something sweet. I had the Soc AU’ LAIT crêpe with strawberries and bananas. Unfortunately I forgot to take a proper photo of my crêpe (it was that good) but if you follow me on my Instagram stories, chances are you saw it. Finally, we ended up at Taps Barrell House where we sampled several beers. Throughout all of it were great conversations and so much laughter that by the end of the day my cheeks physically hurt. It was a wonderful way to end my week. Also, be on the lookout for a blog post on the outfit I wore to brunch.

Sincerely,
